Credit for shipping charges will not be given based on your assumption of the shipping date.  Shipping and handling fees will be calculated in the shopping cart during checkout and before confirming your order.  With standard shipping within the continental United States we ship via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail which should take approximately 3 - 5 business days.  Shipping to Canada typically takes approximately 5 - 10 business days.  All items in an order must be shipped using the same delivery method and to the same location.
