Return & Exchange Policy

You may return any product purchased from within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for return, items must be in their original packaging and not been worn, washed or used in any way.  Returns and exchanges must be shipped prepaid back to our PO Box Address below.  Please include your packing slip clearly marked with your return request. Partial refunds on multi-items orders will be adjusted accordingly based on number of items kept.  For example, if one Magic Sleepsuit from a double Magic Sleepsuit order is returned, the purchase price will adjust to a single Magic Sleepsuit price of $39.95

If you are requesting an exchange, please follow the same procedure and clearly mark your exchange request on the included packing slip.  Upon receipt of your exchange, we will ship out your exchange request.  Upon receipt of your return we will issue a refund of your purchase price (not including shipping).

We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from the Baby Merlin Company. If you purchased your Magic Sleepsuit from any other source, please contact their customer service department to handle the return.

Defective Products

At Baby Merlin Company, we take great pride in the high quality of our products.  If the product you have ordered from this website is damaged or defective, we will be glad to exchange it within 30 days from the date of purchase.  Please contact us and we will send you a replacement with a postage paid return shipping bag to send your defective item back.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us toll free at 1-877-458-0130.
