Ideally you should wait to begin using the Magic Sleepsuit^® until your baby is transitioning from the swaddle and fits properly into the Magic Sleepsuit, however, it really depends on the size of your child. The Magic Sleepsuit should fit snugly enough that the scooped neck lays flat on the baby's chest away from the face and  the baby should not be able to pull their legs or arms inside the Magic Sleepsuit. There is a some overlap between small and large sizes with guidelines below:
