About our Blogger:
Jayne Havens is a certified sleep consultant specializing in infant and toddler sleep. Snooze Fest by Jayne Havens is a busy sleep consulting practice servicing families across the country and abroad! Jayne graduated from Boston University, with a degree in international relations and a minor in Spanish. Upon completing her degree, she immediately moved to Washington, D.C. to begin a career in catering management. She then spent over six years executing corporate and social events large and small. Jayne left the hospitality industry in 2012 to stay home with her first child, who was born later that year.
After many years in Washington, D.C., Jayne, a Baltimore native, happily settled down in Lutherville, Maryland, with her husband Jonathan and son Sid. Her daughter Ivy was born the following year. When she’s not working with families to achieve good sleep for their little ones, Jayne’s time is filled by chasing her two kids around, volunteering for various local charities, spending time with family, and also a fair amount of Netflix binging and candy eating!
